Part 4 of 6: Beautiful Backside 🍑

Today’s movements ask your glutes to stabilise, support and coordinate movement. 😱

This is where strength starts becoming useful in real life.

Four down, two to go.

Part 3 of 6: Beautiful Backside 🍑

Halfway there.

If your glutes are starting to grumble a little, that’s normal. They’ve probably been outsourcing their jobs to your lower back and hips for years.

Today’s movements builds on the first two.

Keep collecting the videos and you’ll soon have a complete routine. 🥰

Part 2 of 6: Beautiful Backside 🍑

Yesterday we woke our glutes/core up, and loosened tension in our hips.

Today we’re asking them to do a bit more work as we start to strengthen.

Strong glutes help share the load with the lower back and can make everyday movements feel easier and more supported.

Keep stacking the videos as the week goes on.

By Sunday you’ll have the full practice.🥰

Part 1 of 6: Beautiful Backside 🍑

This week’s mini-series is all about building stronger glutes to help your lower back feel less grumpy and your hips move a little more freely. 🥰

Today’s moves is simple, but don’t underestimate it. The aim isn’t to work harder; it’s to get the right muscles joining the party as you build a strong foundation.

Save this one and come back tomorrow for Part 2.

By the end of the week you’ll have a lovely 30-minute glute-strengthening practice to follow from start to finish.

Psoas relief installment. 😘

This one combines psoas release, strength and balance training in one move. Winner winner!

Simple? Yes.

Easy? Not always. 😆

A bit of wobbling is completely normal. In fact, if you’re wobbling, your balance system is probably getting exactly the challenge it needs. I nearly went ass over a few times filming this for you. 🤦‍♀️🤣

When the psoas is holding tension, you might notice:
• Tight hips
• An achy lower back
• Feeling stiff when you stand up
• A body that never quite seems to switch off
The good news my lovely friends? Your psoas doesn’t always need more stretching. Sometimes it just needs a gentle invitation to let go.
Try this movement slowly. Notice your breath. Notice what changes.
Less forcing. 👍
More listening. 🤗
Save this one for the days when your hips and lower back are asking for a little kindness. 💛

2nd of my psoas relief installments. ✨

If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that a tight psoas doesn’t just affect your hips. It can contribute to lower back pain, hip discomfort, shallow breathing, digestive issues, poor posture, and that feeling of always being “on edge.” 🥲

This gentle movement helps your nervous system feel safe enough to let go of some of that deep-held tension.

Remember: the psoas isn’t a muscle that responds well to force. It responds best to patience, awareness, and gentle movement. So don’t push it! 🫵😘

Try it slowly, breathe deeply, and let me know how it feels. 💚

12/06/2026

Your psoas is deeply connected to how safe, steady and settled you feel in your body. When it’s tight, everything can feel a bit “off” - hips, low back, even your mood.

Try these 2 moves to give it some love - with some sneaky strength building in the legs and core at the same time. 😘
