Looking for a fun, feel-good way to stay active? Dance Fitness at Elevate Dance School is all about moving your body, lifting your mood and enjoying exercise through dance, without it ever feeling like a chore.

Designed for adults of all abilities, our Dance Fitness sessions blend upbeat music with easy-to-follow dance routines to support fitness, coordination and confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment.
