About the event:
💕 Join me for the long weekend retreat at Newhouse Farm Cottages in Tiverton. The retreat will include meditation, yoga, intention setting and plenty of Yoga Nidra alongside deep rest, relaxing personal time and friendship. November is a time for turning inward. As the world moves faster toward the festive season, we will indulge in a delightful retreat taking a step back to honour our need for rest, acknowledging the shift in seasons, aligning our personal energies, pausing to rejuvenate and nurturing ourselves in preparation for the cozy winter months ahead.
We will step away from the rush, embracing the art of slowing down through movement, breath work and meditation whilst immersed in natural surroundings and taking advantage of time to relax in the heated pool and sauna.
Included in your long weekend are:
🍽️All meals prepared by our amazing chef Rupert from the Shanticentre
🌱All food will be vegetarian or vegan
🧘🏻♀️Yoga classes, meditation, yin, MFR and yoga nidra sessions with Blanka of Blue Moon Yoga & Bodywork
🌟Luxury shared accommodation in Newhouse Farm Cottages (singles available at £150 supplement fee)
🌙Use of the indoor pool and sauna
🌿Beautiful grounds and surroundings to enjoy at your leisure

Please note this is a dry retreat.
Retreat Cost: £550. Places are limited to 10 so please get in touch to book.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required on booking. Balance due 6 weeks before the retreat.
