So 5150 not working on me anymore. So mixed things up . One ABE shot then one scoop 5150 and one scoop Darkside 😂

Body fat still dropping . Down to 13.7% weight up and down between 100-103kg . Visceral fat at 11% . Hopefully can get body fat down to 10% and visceral fat down to 8% by June . Definitely an achievable goal
