Try it Tuesday!

Our next Try it Tuesday focuses on lower body... squats!

We have 3 levels for you to try! Its important to pick your level and not over do it.

Remember...
- Feet shoulder width apart
- Knees shouldn't go past your toes
- Keep a straight back
- Squeeze your muscles on the way up
