I’m also doing another free 90 minute breath work session this Sunday night designed to help you de-stress and calm your nervous system.

During this guided experience you’ll

✨ learn how your breath influences your nervous system

✨Experience how calming the body can help quiet a busy mind

✨Use simple body based breathing techniques to release tension

✨Leave feeling grounded and relaxed.

No experience needed just come along with a blanket, cushion, some water and wear comfy clothes.
