Crewe United F.C. (Official) Crewe United Football Club was formed in County Antrim in 1963. We have been affiliated to the Irish Football Association for over 30 years.

Within a short space of time the club acquired its own ground in Glenavy, fifteen miles outside the City of Lisburn and twenty-five miles from Belfast. Over the years Crewe worked its way up the football structures and currently play in Northern Ireland’s Mid Ulster Intermediate League. The club has developed Crewe Park over many years to make it a football venue for all the community and boasts s

ome of the best facilities is local football with two grass pitches and a 3G training pitch as well as a fantastic clubhouse. The club has senior men's and ladies teams as well as underage team which take part in the IFA Small Sided Games and the Belfast Youth League. Our aim is to provide the best facilities and environment for kids to just enjoy football. Like any other club Crewe has had success and failure on the pitch, but there is something that sets our club apart. We aim to bring all sides of the community together through the medium of football. Crewe has sought to develop understanding and respect and to be tolerant of differences, whilst acknowledging common characteristics and interests. Throughout the troubled history of Northern Ireland Crewe has been a leading light in showing that football can bring a commonality and shared interest that no other medium, and very few other clubs could provide.

Breandan joins the club from Crumlin Star where he won several trophies including the Intermediate Cup. With a wealth of experience from spells at Lisburn Distillery and Oxford Sunnyside, ‘Babby’ returns to Crewe Park after a few seasons away and a hunger to win.

A strong and experienced centre-back, Carter joins from Lisburn Rangers and brings quality, leadership and defensive strength to the squad ahead of the new season. Having previously been with Lisburn Distillery and Ballymacash Rangers, his quality will be a huge boost to the team.

Crewe United are delighted to announce the signing of defender Ross Murphy.

A natural defender, Ross joins Crewe with valuable experience having most recently featured last season with Abbey Villa after playing in the PIL at Knockbreda.

At 26 years of age, he brings energy, commitment and quality to our back line as we continue to strengthen the squad for the season ahead.
