Somatic Healing Day Retreat for Women 🌿
A gentle day of reconnection, rest, and inner renewal.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply longing for space to breathe and come back to yourself — this one-day retreat is for you.
This is a calm and supportive space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. You’ll be guided through a nourishing blend of somatic practices designed to help you meet yourself with presence, care, and compassion.
What the day includes:
• Somatic yoga, nervous system grounding + restorative movement
• Breathwork, + guided somatic meditations
• Journaling, reflection + uncovering unconscious beliefs and patterns
• Emotional awareness + embodied inner inquiry
• Sound healing, mantra, deep rest
This retreat isn’t about fixing or performing — it’s about remembering how to stay with yourself, even in the hard places. It’s about creating a loving relationship with your body and learning to listen to the language it speaks.
We’ll explore what it means to gently rewrite your inner narrative — to create a life rooted in self-trust, inner safety, and aligned empowerment. You’ll leave with simple tools and embodied practices you can return to again and again.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, perimenopause, emotional fatigue, or a desire to reconnect — this is a space where you are welcome, just as you are.
You’ll be supported in discovering the inner resource that never leaves — a quiet knowing that lives within you — and in cultivating a grounded connection to something greater than yourself (however that may look for you).

Sarah has been working with the body, mind, and energy systems for over 13 years. With a deep understanding of holistic wellbeing, she brings together her training in yoga, massage therapy, energy healing, and shamanic practices. Her work is intuitive, grounded, and trauma-aware — rooted in self-compassion, nervous system awareness, and embodied spiritual connection.
