He’s enjoying every minute of it which is the main thing, buzzing every time he comes in the gym a joy to work with keep it up wee man🙌.

Morning spent on the beach swinging kettlebells at sunrise doesn’t get much better.

That’s the beauty of kettlebells can literally get a full body workout anyplace, anywhere.

First class absolutely smashed couldn’t have went any better💣.

The buzz I’ve got is unreal, doing and teaching something I love wow what a high only going to get better the more I learn 🚀.

Couldn’t have asked for a better turn out place was rammed energy in that room was unmatched thanks to everybody that made the effort of coming making it that bit more special for me we go again on Thursday 🥷.

Conditioning sprints on the curved treadmill after an upper body session😮‍💨.

30 on 30 off x15 serious bit of work that📈.

Looks like I’m going slower than I actually am was flat out hitting around 22/23kmh 🏃‍♂️.

A week out from the home show flying, first fight with new weight not having to skip meals and fuelling my body properly before and after every session ⛽️.

Let’s go🥊.

PB Saturdays let’s goooo👊. 40kg single arm 💣.

Absolute buzzing with that still a few improvements to be made form wise but been able to move that type of weight with one arm is class chuffed, sharpen and tighten a few things up then we’re coming for that 44kg💪.

Strength on the rise week by week📈.

Hyped by the main man 🤝.

These classes are what kettlebells are all about man everybody buzzing off one another and pushing our limits together sets you right up for the day🙏.

2 reps each exercise

•Deadlift
•Suitcase Row
•Swing
•Cluster
•Clean Press
•Squat
•Alt Press
•Thruster
•Rev Lunge
•Row
•Gorilla Row

Easy flow to start the week with not a lot volume of reps but 6 rounds of it will get the body moving nicely🙌.

Conditioning⛽️.

Assault bike 30secs off 15secs on
Dumbbell thrusters 45secs
X5 rounds

Skiier 45secs
Kettlebell swings 45secs
X5 rounds

Finished off with some conditioning increasing the heart rate and giving it max effort for the full 10 rounds🫀.
