One thing I noticed towards the end of last year is the lack of time I spend being out in the fresh air🌤️

That’s something I want to change this year starting off strong with a hike up Slieve Binnian in Northern Ireland🤩

Hopefully one of many to come in 2026😛🤙🏻

Week 5 of 35 - Photoshoot Chronicles

10/10 week😌

Reading week in uni = caught up on an insane amount of sleep😅 clocked almost 23 hours sleep in 48 hours which has been needed for a loooong time.

And because of this, everything has been flying😎

Hit PB’s in all my sessions this week and looking to take the same into the final week of this aggressive cut!!

Energy has been pretty low which is expected but we dig deep for 1 more week!

Clients are all doing amazing putting in the final push before Christmas!

And, I quit my job👀🤭
