The past few weeks have been all about hard work 💪 and consistency 🔁 — and it's really starting to show.

Guilty of skipping foam rolling & stretching 🙋‍♂️

Pulled my back during HYROX training recently… thought it was just my back 😖 — could’ve been tight hips, glutes, even my IT band 🍑🦵
