Congratulations to our May Member of Month - Leigh! πŸŽ‰πŸ«‘

Who we got to officially crown in the gym and tell the good news today; we know it’s June!! πŸ‘‘πŸ’ͺ🏽

Leigh’s journey through life challenges and adversity is nothing short of incredible! Since joining us in December 2025, her lifting, strength and general fitness has improved massively!

Leigh has a long term health issue that restricts her from doing certain movements but she’s always looking for and given an alternative movement when in the gym. This keeps her moving well, getting stronger and building muscle!

FACT 3: Two Birds used to be a drinks brand too, where we made our own cold brew coffee and tea and sold it across the UK in independent coffee shops, delis, skateparks and even on the trains! β˜•οΈπŸ’ͺ🏽🧊🌱

We no longer craft our own drinks but still big coffee fans! 🀘🏽
