👇setting up the squat rack👇

This is something that lots of us get wrong and here is the easy way to make sure it’s at the right height.

You don’t want it above the shoulder cause if it’s heavy you don’t want to have to tip toe back in and you don’t want it too low cause you’ll then have to squat in.

Aim it just below shoulder or arm pit and then you’ll be able to walk it straight back in.

👇chasing your first pull up?👇

One of the biggest mistakes on pull ups so that’s we don’t develop the back strength we need first.

Lots of people pull to the front and think they are doing the right thing but if you pull inwards (kinda bias on bicep) you’ll never get over the bar.

You need to pull into the back, pull shoulders tight and get the elbows going towards the pockets.

If you struggle with this, get practicing on the lat pull down or assisted pull up machine.
