✨ SWIPE FOR A TRANSFORMATION ✨

Lynette just reached her one year of attending The Pit. Initially she was, self-admittedly, anxious about trying something new, but has since thrown herself in at every opportunity and just look at the results! 👏🏼👏🏼

As well as working hard outside of our classes, Lynette has put some serious work into pushing towards her goals and we are so happy she reached out to let us know she was proud of herself. And so she should be.

We can't wait to see where she is 6 months from now.

If there's anyone out there back and forward about taking the leap, let Lynette be an inspiration to you.

It's not about how fast or far you can cycle, how much you can lift, it's about small steps and making good choices and the results will speak for themselves.🤘🏼

Next week at Download Festival, a brand new fitness experience will be available to take part in at the Courtyard Stage in RIP.

Thursday, Friday & Saturday morning at 11am

Completely free to join, no bookings, just show up 15/20 minutes before and we'll get you on a bike.

Suitable for all fitness levels, just bring some water and be ready to have some fun.

Download RIP tips/advice/help please!

We've been very kindly put up in RIP for the first time while we work and need all the help we can get 🙏🏼

Side note is that we'll also be doing our metal spin classes on the Courtyard Stage on Thursday, Friday & Saturday morning if you'd like a wee workout before the day in the arena 💪🏼

A few reshuffles in the next couple of weeks!

No classes between 10th-16th June due to being at Download Festival. Classes start back Wednesday 17th.

The following week there are no Thursday evening or Friday morning classes due to Metallica playing in Glasgow. Thursday Strength that week will move to Wednesday 💪🏼

Replacement morning classes will be on Monday 8th & 22nd June at the usual time. A proper kickstart to your week if you can peel yourself from your bed 🙌🏼

Any class pack purchased prior to the 10th of June will be extended by 1 week.
