ONLINE COACHING
RE-LAUNCH ✨

We’ve spent a lot of time recently updating our online coaching options to bring you the best product possible and allow us to train you from anywhere in the world

We now have 2 options:

LIFT MONTHLY

This is a pre written programme, based on building strength & endurance through lifting and conditioning sessions. You’ll get 4 gym sessions per week as part of a full monthly programme. This is all accessed on our new coaching app where you can update your progress, access technique and coaching videos, get feedback and talk with your coach.

LIFT LIFESTYLE

Personalised, bespoke training for lifestyle, mindset, fitness and nutrition. Work with your coach to set goals across all areas of your life with actionable plans to build new habits and make positive and lasting changes.
We’ll set you up on our new coaching app and build your weekly plans around your work, family, social life, sleep etc to help you get in the best mindset & shape of your life.

What’s involved in LIFT team training?

⚡️ Each class has a specific focus- upper/lower/full body strength, conditioning, cardio & core or a team workout

⚡️ Our class numbers are capped so you can be coached properly without getting lost in the crowd

⚡️We have mixed abilities in all classes & they’re suitable for all fitness levels. If you’re a beginner, you’ll be well looked after and build confidence. If you’re an experienced gym goer, you’ll be challenged and pushed hard

⚡️We have the most supportive, friendly and welcoming team. Everyone is there to have fun and work hard. No one gets left behind.
