When we are not fixing bikes, or riding them ourselves we are out watching family and friends compete in the sport! This was a family member action shot from a couple of weeks ago at round 4 of the Scottish downhill series at Glencoe mountain resort! It's as exciting to watch as as is to participate! But can leave you biting your nails until they make it down safe and in one piece!

Hi. We have a lovely e MTB here that we just serviced and cleaned for one of our customers in preparation for going on sale. Or customer asked if we would put a post out for him on our page.... No issues at all as we worked in the bike and know it's a good one. Similar used models priced at £1500 to £1600 online on other platforms, so grab yourself a bargain this one is priced to sell quick

We've been blessed that in our first few weeks of business that we are entrusted with so many different bikes from customers across Glasgow and West.

From fitting bottom brackets and cranks, to new drive trains, gear indexes, setting up tubeless , major services, minor services and even punctures and more.

Thank you to all of our customers and followers for taking an interest in Volt and Spoke, we really appreciate you and it's been a bumper start for us with lots of 5 star reviews on Facebook and Google.

Just look at the difference in this drivetrain, it was filthy with hard to remove dirt and grime, but a nice bath in the cleaner got it all back to new

We had this lovely ladies ebike in for a major service today:

Full strip down of all moving parts, cleaned, re greased, re torqued.

During the inspection we found 2 brake cables and gear cables at end of life.

Rear brake pads were badly worn too.

Carried out a full ultrasonic drive train clean, .....wow night and day difference, gears re indexed as well.

Full complimentary wash.

Bike has been transformed and is being dropped back off to the customer this evening,..... we think the customer will be delighted !

Over in Erskine this afternoon to fit new front and rear pads and brake cables to this little rippers bike! Fitted and gave the bike an overall safety check, and one happy little person will be back on it wearing out the brakes again!

Headset bearings past the sell by date!

We have pretty much a full overhaul on a Boardman hybrid today.

Fit replacement hydraulic calipers and one lever.
Bleed both new calipers and bed in new pads.
Re index gears
Strip down headset, replace bearings ( see pics they were totally shot)

Have a wonderful bit of kit for doing headsets that allows you to store all the components and bolts etc in the order you took them off, making for easy re assembly when ready.

No job too big for Volt and Spoke!

When this is all finished its owner should see a massive difference in it's running and performance.
