This is Murdo. 55, busy job at Glasgow Airport, and one of the hardest working clients I’ve got.

He came to me in February wanting to feel more confident in the gym. Like a lot of people, walking into some gyms felt a bit too intense for him.

Four months on, he’s 8kg down, 2 inches off his waist, and he’s built real strength, especially around his lower back which we’ve worked hard on.

And since opened I’ve seen his confidence go through the roof. Exercises he’d have avoided before, he just gets on with now, and he’s way less anxious walking in the door.

Honestly the best part for me isn’t even the photos. It’s seeing how comfortable he is in the gym now.

There was no magic to any of it. He showed up, stuck to the plan and kept going even with a hectic life.

10 years apart and I’m nearly 4kg lighter now.

The scale barely moved but everything else did.

Skin cleared up, more energy, way more confident. Went after stuff I’d have talked myself out of before.

Workout Wednesday 💪

A quick look at how the exercise guides work inside my app.

Every movement in your programme will be coming with clips like these. How to do it, what to watch out for, and the wee cues that actually make a difference. So instead of standing about guessing in the gym, you know exactly what you’re doing and why.

Today’s a push session. Chest press, flyes, low incline press, lateral raises and reverse flyes.

I’ll be adding more and more exercise videos in this format to the app over time, so the library keeps growing alongside your training.
