Every Pilates instructor started somewhere.

Here are 3 signs you’d make a good PT 💪

1. You’re the person people come to when something’s wrong

Not for medical advice, just because you listen properly, you don’t panic, and you actually follow up. Good coaching is 80% communication. The fitness knowledge is learnable. That instinct isn’t.

2. You find other people’s progress more motivating than your own

When a friend hits a goal, runs their first 5k, lifts something they couldn’t last month and that genuinely lights you up more than your own PB. That’s not selfless, that’s a skillset. It’s what keeps coaches in the game long-term.

3. You’ve been giving free advice for years

The friend who texts you about their dodgy knee. The colleague who asks what they should eat before a race. The family member who wants to “get fit” and somehow ends up on a call with you. You’re already doing the job. You just haven’t been paid for it yet.
