Our first Sunday Session at the stunning yesterday morning was a great success! & I had such a great time leading this beautiful group through a yoga & breathwork combo followed by a brunch brekkie bowl - the perfect way to start a Sunday! | Retreat Reflections - Bali 2025 |

It's taken me a while to process the Sept Bali 2025 retreat, it was powerful, raw, a rollercoaster in many ways for some of the guests and myself too. Retreats take a lot of energy, and there's a recalibration that comes afterwards. It takes time to settle... It's hard to explain, hence my delay in writing about it, but there's an unmistakable personal shift, another layer of elevation in growth & development, heightened self-awareness, and a feeling of deeper connection to oneself that feels precious. Like a freedom that keeps growing.

Our Bali retreat is not a holiday (you can do that perfectly well on your own!) - this is an immersion into yourself, your thoughts, feelings, your direction of travel, your alignment - and so much more we can't explain. It's truly an incredible experience that has the potential to crack you open in ways you cannot imagine.
