18yrs - 34 yrs waist 38+. BMI 40+
35yrs +. No Criteria Needed

Training
We Train Monday Nights 8pm - 9pm at complex across from Ibrox Stadium

Matches
Matches are played every 2nd Sunday we also have Friendlies arranged over the next few weeks
