My service, I’m sure you will agree is very competitive and as such I must protect my income, especially when I’m travelling out of my area.

You will receive a text from me (07703332412) requesting payment in advance of your appointment the week before. Non payment will not confirm your appointment and the slot will be offered to another customer.

If you need to cancel, as long as I have 48 hours notice, we can rearrange.
If less than 48 hours then the full payment will be forfeited.

If this will be a problem then please don’t book, I simply cannot take the chance of non payment.

I am fully trained and fully insured with my services and have been in the industry for 40 years.
