Frome Pilates Studio is a dedicated one to one and two to one studio. I deliver tailor made sessions, working with individual clients to reach their goals in a focused, safe and non intimidating setting.
You’ll receive expert instruction and guidance to help you move better and feel better.
Progressing through the Pilates system you’ll work across the studio apparatus including mat work, reformer, tower, chair and more.
My commitment to you – I am passionate about Pilates. I know the benefits it brings to not only your body but also your mind. Working with the classical Pilates method, utilising the apparatus across the studio no session will ever be exactly the same. You’ll develop strength, focus and control, working the body evenly and gaining a new level of body awareness to take with you into your day to day life.
