A lovely day out soaking in the Sun ☀️ Sea 🌊 Sand at Lyme Regis.

There was a quiet kind of magic in the room on the 19th April…a soft rising, like the sun finding its way through the room and the body 🌞
Igniting the Inner Sun workshop
Through breath, movement, mantra and stillness,we moved from gentle sparks… into something brighter, fuller… alive.Bodies opened, hearts lifted, and the we melted into the sound…letting it wash through every layer, integrating, restoring, grounding.
So grateful to share this space, this practice and everyone that came.

🌿 Next 7 Weeks: Chakra Flow Series 🌿
We’re diving into the 7 chakras, starting with the Root Chakra at the base of the spine – your centre for grounding, stability, and feeling safe in your body. 🌱
Through asana, breath, mantra, and mindfulness, we’ll explore energy flow, balance, and reconnect with your foundation. Perfect for anyone wanting to feel more grounded, supported, and alive.
✨ Week 1: Root Chakra – Plant your roots, awaken your energy. ✨

A bit delayed this was week 2 theme which I have already taught. Open Heart • Strong Back

Chest openers. Shoulder strength. Undoing that rounded-over-a-laptop posture most of us live in.

If you sit at a desk, drive a lot, scroll your phone, or just feel yourself folding forward through the day… this one was for you.

We worked with the whole body — not just stretching the chest — but strengthening the back, supporting the shoulders, and using breath to gently calm the nervous system.

I filmed a little clip after class (not perfect, not polished — and honestly I found it harder than I thought to put it together). But here’s what we explored:

Bridge Pose
Opens the chest and hip flexors, strengthens glutes and back body, supports posture. It’s subtle but powerful for counteracting long hours of sitting.

Puppy Pose (Anahatasana)
Deep shoulder and heart opener. Beautiful for releasing tight upper back and inviting breath into the ribs and collarbones.

Fish Pose
A full front-body expansion. Stretches chest and throat, encourages deeper breathing, and feels like an antidote to phone posture.

The goal wasn’t to force flexibility.
It was to create space where we’ve been collapsing.
Strong from behind. Soft at the front.

Sometimes showing up and sharing the work feels vulnerable too — but here we are.

Open Heart • Strong Back 🤍

We spent this class gently undoing the forward-folded shape of modern life. All that driving, sitting, holding it together… it lives in the shoulders, the chest, the breath.

So we opened.
And we strengthened.

Bridge to wake up the back body.
Camel to lift and expand the heart space.
Reverse Warrior to find length and courage.
Seated twists to rinse and realign.

Not just stretching for the sake of it — building support where it actually counts.

When the back body is strong, the front body can soften.
When the chest opens, the breath deepens.
When the spine lifts, something in you lifts too.

This wasn’t about dramatic backbends. It was about quiet confidence. Postural strength. That subtle shift where you stand a little taller without forcing it.

Strong from behind. Soft at the front. Balanced in the middle.

If your upper back’s been whispering (or shouting), this is your sign to keep showing up. Your spine will thank you. And so will your mood.

It was two months ago which seems a lifetime when I had long golden days in Goa…
Morning yoga with salty air on my skin, swims in the sea, sunshine soaking into my bones. Slow breakfasts, vibrant food, warm evenings and a rhythm of life that actually lets you breathe.
Lucky to have good company to spend it with and explore life out of my routine memories to remember🌞🌊✨

Sweat. Stillness. Salt air. Fire ceremonies. Early mornings that cracked me open.

I’ve have completed my 300hr training at Goa Yoga Shala and it has stretched me in every way — physically, mentally, spiritually. This wasn’t just about refining asana. It was about depth.

Pranayama that reshaped my breath.
Philosophy that challenged my thinking.
Mantra that vibrated through my bones.
Mudra that whispered subtle shifts in energy.
Long practice days. Humbling adjustments. Laughter. Community. Moments of “why am I doing this?” followed by deep clarity.

There’s something about stepping away from your normal rhythm and immersing yourself fully. You strip back. You listen. You remember why you began.

I return not “finished” — because yoga is never finished — but expanded. Rooted. Curious. Softer and stronger at the same time.

Ready to share what I’ve learned. Ready to go deeper. Ready to hold space with more integrity, more understanding, more devotion.
Thanks to and all the lovely teachers there.
The journey continues. Always.

Thai Massage
Thai Foot reflexology & leg
Thai head, shoulders & arms

Feeling a bit tense, stiff and needs some care? Really excited to working with your needs! Book with me….
Thai massage works with your whole body, not just sore spots
Thai massage uses stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic movement to open joints, lengthen muscles, and release fascia.
Rooted in Thai healing traditions, Indian yoga philosophy, and Chinese meridian theory, it works across muscles, joints, fascia, and energy lines (Sen) — supporting the body and the mind.

More than relaxation, Thai massage helps to:
✨ Improve flexibility and joint health
✨ Ease muscular tension and stiffness
✨ Support circulation and lymphatic flow
✨ Helps you to feel relaxed and calm

People often leave feeling lighter, longer, and more spacious — like their body has been gently reorganised from the inside out.

Your body already knows how to heal.
This helps it remember.
