My current time table. (BEV)

I'll still be teaching my two aqua classes on a Tuesday evening at Park Royal until the end of the month ( to give them time to make a plan).😊😊

Dropping these two classes wasn't a decision I made easily, the participants are amazing, incredibly rewarding to teach, and some of the most lovely people I've ever met. 💙💚💜 However, I really need a better work / life balance. My life has changed considerably since I started out as an instructor and what has worked for my family in the past, doesn't any more.

If you've ever wanted to try one of my aqua classes here is your chance... new PAYGo classes!

This is the Swim Barn , a brand new pool owned, developed and ran by a lovely little family in Higher Whitley. It's less than 5 minutes from junction 10 of the M56, very close to one of The Holies farm shops.

I'm teaching Aqua here Mondays 12.00 and Wednesday 11.00am Sessions are 45 minutes.
£7.50.
NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED 😁
Booking is via their website, you can book a couple of weeks in advance, but already word is getting out and Wed class this week was fully booked😀

Great to see the Fitness Pilates crew looking strong this afternoon. 💪

Sometimes during a class we might feel a tremble, this is not weakness. It is your body learning to adapt and improve its neuromuscular efficacy as the muscles begin to fatigue. The shake shows up when your nervous system is recruiting new muscle fibres, building strength and reconnecting movement patterns. Overtime this will lead to improved control, stability and coordination.
Instead of pulling back when you feel it, try to stay with the movement, breathe through it and encourage the body to adapt and grow stronger. 😁

NO POPFIT AT THE HOLIDAY INN, THIS WEEK THURSDAY 12th.

I’ve been keeping an eye on the weather and it’s looking like it’s going to be absolutely roasting in those function rooms tomorrow night, so stay cool, treat yourself to an ice lolly in the garden instead and I will see you next week. 😁👍

Have you tried Aqua on holiday? What was it like? Similar or different from the gym?
I've heard such a mix of feedback this year. There's definitely hotels now putting on quality, challenging aqua fit classes but on the whole it still seems to be fun sessions that don't use the water.
