🤸♀️Monday Night - Fit Flow Pilates classes
✨ We will be focusing on pure Pilates movements and functional bodyweight work.
🔥This fusion results in a class that is fun and challenging - guided by breath 🌬-awareness and the quality of attention that we are paying to the way we move 🧘♀️ rather than how much we 'do'. incorporating Joseph Pilates principles in every movement we create. 🎯Focus is on core strength, posture, moving with intention, lengthening and toning muscles and mobility.
✨ 10- 15 min relaxation at the end committing to the present moment thereby strengthening body-awareness and 🧠 neuro-muscular connection, as well as deep relaxation prior to sleep . 😴
