🧡🖤⚽️Arden Forest 1-2 LPA⚽️🖤🧡

Well, to say we was rusty is an understatement! 2nd to every ball, not doing anything that we worked on in training. Some superb saves from Ollie and a couple of last ditch tackles. We could’ve and probably should’ve lost, if not drawn today.

When we did the basics, we scored.. we reiterate to the boys to keep it simple, and when they listened it was perfect!

I was a little bit tough on them at the end of the game as I want to keep pushing them to reach their potentials, but they understood that more needs to be done next week..

Now onto the positives!

Carter got his first goal, I think the neighbours back home couldve heard his dad's cheer when it hit the back of the net 🤣

Bryant after a couple of chances, found himself through on goal to nicely slot it home.

📢 LPA FC IS BACK! 🟠⚫

The wait is almost over…

We’re excited to be back on the training pitch as we begin a brand new season in our new home! 🏟️

A fresh chapter, familiar faces and some new ones , new challenges and plenty of football ahead. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and get back to doing what we do best.

Let’s make this season one to remember! 💪⚽

LPA 4-1 WASELEY WARRIORS U13'S

This result has been coming from the boys! We've played them twice before and been hammered both time!! Today was a different story.

The boys are starting to understand their roles aswell as the roles of others, they work for each other and never give up.

From the first whistle we was flying, fully deserved to get our lead through great work from Ellis and Sean. The assist from Sean to Ellis to register a goal on his debut. Then we conceded due to a lapse in concentration, but that didn't stop the boys who came out of the kick off wanting to get that goal lead back, and they did just that! A lovely finish from Jacob (not sure of who got the assist) sent us into half time 2-1 🙂

Onto the second half, it was pretty much 1 way traffic. Attack after attack, shot after shot.. Amjad with a roulette spin to assist Bryant who slotted it home. It was that lad again Bryant, who was a nuisance to their team all game (his former team) and after some hard work, he crossed it across the line for Fletch to tap it home..

All in all, I can see the boys getting better and better each week. A little bit more composure in front of goal and we'll be hitting double figures in games I'm sure..

Football is back! ⚽🧡🖤

After what felt like forever, LPA Football Club finally returned to action with our first pre-season friendly. There were smiles, sweat, plenty of effort and a few tired legs as the boys dusted off the boots and got valuable minutes under their belts. A great start to our preparations and lots to build on as we look ahead to the new season. Bring on 2026/27! 🦁

LPA 4-2 REDDITCH EAGLES

Today we returned to action against a team we haven't lost to if 3 matches. Today would be no different!

A good game under the sun is exactly what the boys needed to get their preseason underway. They fought for every ball and never gave up.

Amjad with 2 goals, one of which should be on Match of the day tonight! A thunderous volley that no keeper is saving!! WOW!
Jacob with a goal from inside the area that squirmed its way through the defenders and into the corner. We'll give Bryant the OG as his persistent pressure and his ball carrying forced their defender into making the mistake 🙂

A couple of assists for Fletch on his debut today, and well done to all the lads for playing in different positions

And lastly Ollie! What a performance from our Numero Uno.. (like a young Emi Martinez 😜) saved numerous 1v1s and kept us in the game that's for sure!

⚽🧡 LPA FC Presentation Day 2026 🖤⚽

What a fantastic day celebrating the boys, their achievements, and everything they’ve accomplished this season.

From the first whistle to the final game, every single player has worked hard, improved, supported their teammates, and represented the club with pride. As coaches and parents, we couldn’t be prouder of the progress they’ve made both on and off the pitch.

A huge congratulations to all of our award winners, but more importantly to every player who has pulled on the orange and black this season. Football is about more than trophies – it’s about teamwork, friendships, confidence, resilience and making memories that last a lifetime.

Thank you to our coaches, volunteers, committee members, sponsors and families for your continued support throughout the year. None of this would be possible without you.

Here’s to new challenges, new opportunities and another brilliant season ahead!
