Prototyping an adaptor for the Tug so people can launch more easily from their troll lies, following a customer request. For a short time, while we are developing the idea we will make an adaptor for anyone who buys a Tug and lets us know what they need.

Just received this personal message from a lovely chap at the RSPB - so that was nice!

Hi,

Sorry it has taken so long to get this to you but I’ve been out and about at events and festivals.

The order was placed after I carried out a risk assessment on moving the trailer into place at events, especially when the area is too tight for the use of the towing vehicle. After a bit of research on the internet your product ticked our main two boxes, good reviews and a reasonable price. After a couple of hiccups with ordering on the website, all my fault, I finally succeeded. I just hoped that the trolley would be as good as the help and customer service I had received so far. The trolley arrived a couple of days later, even though I am based in Inverness, it was assembled and tested, and I was soon spotted pulling and pushing my trailer around the car park with great ease, but, how would it do on wet grass? I was soon to find out, as its first time out I was operating from a field with water squelching underfoot, whilst it was not as easy as moving the trailer on the car park, I was able to easily move it on the wet grass by myself. I have since attended several more events where I have used the trolley, manoeuvring the trailer into place easily, and then using it to manoeuvre all the neighbouring trailers into place, then passing on your details. My Health and Safety Officer has also fed back this information to his colleagues on how affective it is.

Ollies race winning car with one of the new stickers. Apparently his Dad prefers it with the handle in upside down. The kink is supposed to keep the handle off the ground, but we're not criticising.

A customer recently bought a Tug to help him and his wife move a caravan. He rang to tell us that when his wife opened the packaging she was heard to exclaim
"Bloody hell! That is really good quality!"
We knew that of course but it was nice to hear.
