Very busy class this evening we celebrated and handed out certificates to all the guys that graded over the weekend congratulations to you all you were all fantastic your hard work has paid off

We also worked lots of kumite drills i got to do some 1-2-1 work with people on kumite then we worked kata

Very please with the effort put in not many photos but lots of smiles and lots of happy faces tonight makes me feel like I'm doing a good job

New grades new achievements new accomplishments I'm very proud of you all and a massive thank you goes out to Matthew Hyndman for grading Everyone he was extremely happy with the standard shown by everyone

Everyone passed!!! A massive shout out goes to our newest 4th kyu ( purple belt 💜) Kevin Taylor and newest 5th kyu ( blue belt 💙) seren Andrews a massive milestone for you guys congratulations hard work really pays off

Session back after Scotland and it was a busy one just forgot to get pics!!!! We worked full on syllabus ahead of grading this Sunday with sensei Matthew Hyndman

ISKC joined LSKC ENGLAND this weekend at the WKU GCO SCOTTISH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS at the braehead arena Glasgow

We are very proud to of been a part the LSKC ENGLAND team and for me it's been an experience we will never forget thank you Matthew Hyndman for having us and always inspiring us to do better as individuals and as a club as always we look to do you proud!!

Thank you to the rest of the team for looking out for us and having our backs it's always appreciated guys

Thank you also thank you to all the parents aswell for looking out for us all and my guys as well you guys are awesome

A massive thank you to all competitors, coaches and officials without you guys these events would not be possible and also thank you wku Scotland for having us we have had a fantastic time and look forward to returning again

So we went over as a trio and created some fantastic memories and we come back with a fantastic haul that we will be sharing with the club on Thursday

Warm session this evening at hacheston we did some syllabus and drills and kata this evening and I got to do some mock gradings ahead of next weekends grading with sensei Hyndman

You all did very well this evening I'm very pleased with the effort you guys put in will see you all next Thursday

1st Thursday back at hacheston in a few weeks and we celebrated the results achieved at the British international open as a club

We then worked syllabus and kumite work then some mock gradings followed by team kata work

We also celebrated a couple of birthdays frankie and banana brown ( Leo)!!!

Was very happy with everyone and there efforts will see you all next week
