Finally got my hands on a swimming costume! This has been sitting at the top of my wish list for a while 🫶🏽🖤

Most conventional swimwear is made from synthetic fibres (like polyester + nylon), which means when you heat them up… they can release microplastics + endocrine-disrupting chemicals. In a sauna, where your pores are open and your skin is more permeable, not ideal.

BUT… here’s your reminder (because I need it too):

You don’t have to do everything perfectly. Living in today’s world and avoiding everything “toxic” is impossible… and trying to will just burn you out. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s awareness + intention.

Because stress itself… is probably more harmful than the microplastics 🫠
