One thing I will never get over, is how great Frankieโ€™s costumes are every week! Throughout this year, heโ€™s loved dressing up in: boxing kits ๐ŸฅŠ, Santa hats ๐ŸŽ…(that heโ€™s also shared with me), and to top off 2025- his favourite superhero, SpiderMan! ๐Ÿ•ท๏ธ๐Ÿ•ธ๏ธ

Yesterday, he smashed his last session of the year off and channelled his inner SpiderMan to sharpen his boxing skills on the pads ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

๐Ÿคช She is one of my cheekiest and mischievous clients who never fails to spread her infectious laugh, but when needed, she puts her all in and works to her max ๐Ÿ˜ค

Little bit of pads with myself and Quinn from a couple of weeks back ๐Ÿ“†

Quinn first started boxing back in Summer as part of the Fleetwood Gym ABC HAF Camp, and quickly fell in love with it! Shortly after the camp finished, he began his PT sessions with me ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Each week he walks in & walks out with a smile on his face, and always works his hardest ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
