Sometimes the smallest gesture feels like the kindest gesture (KitKat 😉), thank you. Volunteer uniform for Fleet Half Marathon next week. Instead of running this year, I will be on the sidelines showing up in a different way. I doubt the KitKat will make it to race day though! 🤣🤣😉

For the past 5 months, I haven’t always been able to do what I wanted to do — and yes, it’s been frustrating at times.
But doing something has been far better than doing nothing.
I did what I could.
I stayed consistent.
And I feel better for it — both physically and mentally.
Remember, small steps still move you forward.
Consistency always beats intensity 💪🤍
