Wow! This time last week we were getting ready to take on the mighty Hike- tucked up in the caravan with our early alarm call (😂💚) slow release bagels, 15 eggs and we were on our way ………what an an amazing day! Thanks to so many amazing people we’ve raised a huge amount of money and looking forward to sharing the final sum soon 😘😘😘

6.30am on Saturday team Are we there yet will start the 26.2 mile marathon hike along this beautiful coast. Thanks to all who have donated to Macmillan so far both on just giving and in person. Yesterday we received the devastating news that due to Covid the Causeway Mighty Hike has been cancelled with just 3 weeks to go. Over the past few months we have invested hours and hours of training and it is our intention to still complete the marathon hike ourselves- we are awaiting official guidance on the sponsorship already collected but it is our intention to continue to fundraise and donate to Macmillan as it a charity dear to all our hearts - Team “Are we there yet?” are still training and up for the challenge and we want to thank those who have already given so generously but we’ll keep you posted when we get official guidance. 💚💚💚

On 26th June 2021 we will be taking on the Mighty Hike challenge to raise funds for the very worthy charity Macmillan Cancer Support. We will be setting off at 6.30am to hike a gruelling 26.2 miles along Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coast. Over the past few months we have spent many long hours building up the miles and are up for the challenge! Team “Are we there yet?” Includes Nadine Williamson, Lorraine Browne, Sara-Jayne Robinson, Audrey Boyd, Dawn Beresford and Tanya Trimble.
