As a gym we don't just cater for training . we are s welfare centre to . so if anyone is feeling like there life doesn't matter please . please come see me of my staff. you are valued . your life is important. you are worth it ..
every day is what you make of it . one door never closes without another opening.
why do we fall... so we can learn to pick ourselves up and keep moving forward.
remember Hinsons isn't just a gym . it's a family . your family .

Sad news today that a former member has took his own life in a massive cry for help. although he was only here a short period of time we found him to be a polite and gentle person.
unfortunately we a fight our own demons and sometimes we loose . i personally know what it's like to live with this but with the love and support of a good family and friends here in the gym anything is possible.
so please if your feeling down and are thinking for taking the next step come talk to us don't do anything rash .
we're here for you .

We experience daily how people are suffering mentally. Both male and female. But more often than not, the male generation struggle to talk, even more so those who are part of the LGBTQ+ community.

That’s why at Hinson Wellbeing centre it’s not just a gym. The entry is set up to make you feel comfortable, watch a version of only fools and horses if you wish or jump on the Mario games.

We do not receive any public or government funding for our CIC and all monies come from Hinson Security

No one should feel alone. We are hoping to support and keep fighting the fight in our local community

At Hinsons Wellbeing & Fitness Centre, we’re more than just a gym — we’re a community. 💪

People like Ray show exactly why local facilities matter so much. At the age of 72, Ray has been part of Hinsons since day one. After facing serious health challenges, he began his rehabilitation journey right here using our gym and sauna — and he’s never looked back.

But it’s not just about the equipment… it’s about the people.
The chats, the laughs, the friendly faces every morning — that’s what keeps our members coming back and feeling their best.

Community spaces like ours play a huge role in keeping people active, connected, and mentally strong — especially as we get older.

If you’re thinking about getting started, take it from Ray… it might just change your day — and your life.

Our community facility is built on inclusion, respect, and shared purpose — and that means there is no place here for politics or religion.

We don’t care who you vote for, and while we all have our own opinions, this isn’t the space to debate them. This is a place where people should feel safe, welcome, and supported — not drawn into heated arguments about who’s right or wrong.

Please leave those discussions at the door and come in to enjoy the positive, welcoming environment we’ve all worked so hard to create.
