I used to think being perfect all the time was the only way to reach your goals & I have a lot of clients come to me that say ‘they are perfect for a couple of weeks then can’t stick to it’ - this isn’t a ‘fail’, it’s an unrealistic expectation because you are HUMAN with a life and things will naturally pop up!

So instead of trying to be perfect - try:
- doing your best every day
- Incorporating balance and structure
- Sticking to things WHEN it’s possible
- Controlling what IS in your control
- Not feeling guilty for being human (because guilt then drives the all or nothing mindset)

I have helped 100’s of people through this cycle and the amount of times that I’ve had clients so shocked at the amount of food they can eat whilst still making progress because they had such unrealistic goals/expectations before - but the journey that you can stick to is the one that works 🤝🤝

2025 was a tough year.. but when I felt at rock bottom, I had this small bit of hope that everything was going to be okay & i didn’t have evidence of that hope, I just knew it had to be okay in the end!

If you look back at any hard situation - you have ALWAYS got through it so you will again!

Obviously theres a period of time where things are hard, but looking back now, I can find SO many lessons and so much growth!

Even although I have no idea what’s in store for me in life, I feel like I am just so content and happy because i know that rejection for things you want (at the time) is actually a redirection for something better & even if that might not be the case, believing its true and having that ✨ slight delusion ✨ helps you cope with it all so much better and gets you to a place where you can see things from a different perspective and sometimes thats all we need🙏

Thats just my take though and I wanted to share incase it helps anyone else through a hard situation xx

I think failure or setbacks can feel so scary in the moment because it feels like ‘HOW THE HELLY am I going to push through’, but when you DO (because you will), you have more evidence that you are stronger than you thought & also learned so much along the way!!😎🤝
