This is a place for those who are interested in keeping up to date with my fun, energetic and friendly exercise classes and want to post any ideas, suggestions, music requests and other enquiries regarding my classes. This is a place where I can share my life experiences, stories, programmes and other random things along the way. I am currently teaching Zumba, Zumba Kids and Strong by Zumba (High

Intensity Tempo Training/Not dancey :P). I don't want to say too much about my story as I would love to meet up and talk to you in person. Nevertheless, the main reason I'm involved in teaching is because of severe depression and anxiety. I want to become a dance/music therapist so I can help those in similar situations.
