I am a Pilates Teacher who helps people like you to change how you move and feel for the better. I run small group classes in Feltham

Classes are a lovely mixture of mobility and strength moves helping your body to restore its natural balance. Everybody is welcome regardless of ability and age, most importantly we are non judgmental, we always share a good laugh and have a great workout.

Another beautiful weekend of Reiki training.

A huge congratulations and warm welcome to two new Reiki practitioners, Leanne & Hayley.

There’s something so special about watching people begin their Reiki journey — learning to connect with the energy, trust themselves and experience what it means to hold space for another person.
