Morning all,

It's Tuesday run day and that can only mean one thing - 2 delightful routes, yaaaaay:

Short
Tanya and Jo R will be leading a merry 6.3km trek up and down Church Walk via Folly Park - https://www.plotaroute.com/route/3408317

Long
Simon and I will be leading a glorious 8.7km trek to Littleworth/Playboy Barn/Folly hill - https://www.plotaroute.com/route/3409238

Both routes involve a bit of trail but will be equally fine with road shoes, there is no squidge these days

Hi All, given the Amber heat warning today and that it is due to still be 35 degrees at 6pm in Faringdon, we are cancelling ACHT session tonight. Please all stay hydrated and hopefully many of you got out this morning before it got too hot.

Good Morning All, welcome to yet another sunny Tuesday. We have 2 runs on offer tonight.

A 9.4km long route to Badbury, led by Tanya and Jason

And a 6.2km short out to part of Sandy path and back, led by Tom and Jo R

👟 Trail or Road shoes should be fine for both routes, but if you have trail shoes best to wear them for the long

🕚 Meet at 6.30pm on the green behind the library for warm up

FAR RUNNERS ON TOUR

Tomorrow in place of the traditional Sunday runs, we are heading to Witney where we will be gathering (and later beveraging) at - Ue Coffee Rosters, Windrush Industrial park, 11b Linkwood Rd, Witney, OX29 7HA. There's a gert car park right next to it, where cars can be parked.

Once there, we have 2 delightful routes on offer:

Both routes dabble in a bit of trail, both are lovely. It's looking like lovely running weather too.
