Happy New Moon to you all ✨️🌑✨️ If, like me, you've found the past few days (or so 😀 ) a tad tiresome, fret not. The waning crescent (Aka Balsamic) phase, is the window of time leading up to the new moon. Its a time that calls for deep rest and release, so if you've been sleeping and dreaming lots, it's a good sign your psyche is processing and releasing excess baggage. Now we're on the new moon, over the coming days it's a perfect time to set ourselves some clear goals and intentions. You may have found the past week showing you a whole lot of what you do not want, but this is the guiding light always to what you do want. I'm certainly feeling the pull to deep care and nurture ... it is Ta**us season so a good time to tune in to our bodily senses, and the New Moon offers new beginnings.
