Sunday saw us have our first mini-tournament of the year.
Big thanks to Marcus and Maddy at UTB for putting on a great day, especially managing a loss of a team and change of venue 💪
We had four teams;
Titans Basketball - Cornwall
NorthDevon Basketball
Unity Through Basketball
Dorset Coasters
It was a super competitive day of hoops and, as usual, the vibes were great and standard was high.
UTB dominated the day but all four teams showed some really nice basketball.

Another very successful Masters Mini Tournament today at Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre.
Unity Through Basketball and Tiverton Titans Basketball made the journey down to us for a three team tournament with Titans Basketball - Cornwall.
High quality basketball coupled with shorter games (we’re older after all, quality over quantity 😃) meant for some close games!
UTB came out as champs, wining both games with Truro Winning the battle of the Titans by a single point in a thriller!
We are looking to grow this league next year, if you or your team (or even a collective of teams) wants to get involved, please reach out, it’s really good fun 💪🏀

Yesterday was our first Masters mine tournament and what a great day it was!
North Devon Basketball Club and Torbay Tigers Basketball Club came down to us for a three way tournament.
The smell of deep heat and sweaty knee and ankle braces fill the air and the sound of creaky joints filled the ears.
Jokes aside, there was some really nice Basketball played with guys that knew how to play and didn’t need to sprint everywhere (couldn’t anyway).
Torbay were the better team wining both games they played and Titans got one win from two.
