Little Tides Under 5’s is one of our most popular classes. A structured and fun way to introduce your little one to the world of gymnastics🤸🏼

Our coaches are all British Gymnastics qualified and DBS checked, and trained by head coach Tara, who holds over 15 years of tailored 1:1 coaching experience. Tara implements her 1:1 knowledge into all of our sessions, which is why our classes feel personal, caring and attentive💖
