Front crawl focus 🏊‍♂️🦖🦕🏊
We’ve been breaking front crawl down into its key parts - strong, steady kicks, long reaches, smooth breathing and a streamlined body position. Little adjustments make a big difference, and the kids have been working brilliantly. They loved last week’s dinosaur theme… our raptor kicks and plesiosaur arms definitely helped keep things fun 🦖💦

💦Poolside Coordinator Needed🛟

We’re looking for a friendly, organised self‑employed contractor to join our SwimVibe team in Falkirk from September.

Must have a Pool Safety Award or Lifeguard qualification and First Aid. A swim‑teaching qualification would be advantageous.

You’ll manage registers, welcome families, support swimmers, help sessions run smoothly, and maintain a safe, positive poolside environment.

🔱 Forth Valley Tridents FREE Summer Holiday Aquatics Camp 🔱

We would like to let everyone know about our free Summer Holiday Aquatics Camp, taking place from 20th–24th July at Falkirk High School.

The camp is being delivered by Forth Valley Tridents in partnership with Falkirk Council’s Summer of Sport and is funded through the School Holiday Food and Activities Fund, so there’s no cost to attend, and lunch is provided each day.

Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a range of aquatic activities including swimming, water polo and artistic swimming. Whether they’re keen to improve their skills, try something new or simply have fun in the water, there’ll be something for everyone.

If you’re looking for a fun, active way for your child to spend part of the summer holidays, we’d love to welcome them along.
