Blues were in friendly action this morning against Dunipace Whites.

Good effort from the boys today with some excellent football played in spells throughout the game. There were moments where the quality on display was outstanding, and if the team can continue to play with that same confidence consistently, the results will keep coming.

A massive shout out goes to Jack for what can only be described as the save of the season 🧀 β€” an unbelievable stop that kept the team right in the game and showed incredible reactions and bravery. Keep an eye out for the video! You don’t want to miss this! πŸ“ΈπŸ§€πŸ‘πŸΌ

Man of the Match deservedly went to Grayson for an excellent performance and superb reading of the game from start to finish. His awareness and positioning helped the team throughout and set the standard on the pitch.

Another outstanding performance from the boys today, from the first whistle, the team played with great intensity, and the football on display was a joy to watch.

The passing and movement throughout the game were excellent, with communication across the pitch at a superb level. The team worked tirelessly for each other, creating chance after chance and showing real quality

Player of the Match deservedly went to Struan after an incredible performance in front of goal. Scoring a sensational 7-minute hat-trick, he proved unstoppable and was a constant threat throughout the game. A brilliant achievement and fully deserved recognition.

A fantastic team display all round β€” well done boys! πŸ‘βš½οΈβ€οΈπŸ€

🚴ON YOUR BIKE NEIL! 🚴

On the 11th of July, Neil will be swapping his scrubs for Lycra as he takes on a sponsor cycle from Hampden Park to Camelon Juniors Stadium to help raise funds for the 2017s. Armed with questionable fitness, plenty of determination, and possibly an emergency packet of jelly babies, Neil will pedal every mile in support of the team.

Rumour has it he’s already asked if downhill sections count as β€œtraining” β€” but every donation will help keep the 2017s moving forward, even if Neil might not be by the halfway point!
