The Pedal Revolution starts this Saturday at Whitlingham Country Park at 10am It has never been easier to start cycling, return to cycling or get your family and friends involved. Best of all it is completely FREE and we also have fully supported Café Rides and FREE U16 taster coaching sessions. The Women's Tour comes TOMORROW!

Here's what Lisa Brennaur, defending Aviva Women's Tour champion, has to say about this year's race:

"I just love that there are so many people that came to watch and cheer for us last year. Including some new routes with more climbs and longer stages than before the tour offers new opportunities and again huge possibilities for thrilling racing. It's so nice that all of the towns, communities and schools are involved so much in the tour. It creates a special atmosphere and every rider enjoys being here!"
