Another WOW is coming ….

We are thrilled to announce our second WoW event of 2022 will be on Sunday 4th September!

WOW Rushmere is a fun, friendly and inclusive bike ride for women and girls of all ages and abilities.

Offering two circular routes – 10 and 20 mile – both starting at Ipswich School Sports Centre and heading out into the beautiful East Suffolk Countryside.

Our cycle event on Sunday raised money for the blossom charity, here is just one of the many things they do to help people.

Dream on partners with the John Le Vay Cancer Centre at Ipswich Hospital to offer a Makeover Day to ladies going through the rigours of treatment for cancer. This is funded by The Blossom Charity . We recently received this wonderful message from one of those ladies ❤️ Thank you
