What a night! A one off kickboxing session with close to 20 women!
On Friday night these women kicked a$$ 💥💪 (and almost destroyed my Rage Release dummy at the end) 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks so much to Sorrell Rawlings for setting this up for her regular bootcamp crowd 🥰

Brilliant kickboxing session today with my very good friend Joanne Pearcey. We used to train in martial arts together WAY back when we were in our 20s, and we have as much of a laugh now as we used to back then. I don't think I've ever met anyone as enthusiastic about hitting things 😂

Jo hasn't been training for many years but is keen to get back into it and was so excited when she found out I was teaching kickboxing classes in Exmouth. Even though it's been a long time, she's still got some impressively powerful strikes 👊💥💪

Starting next week.... Women's beginner kickboxing on Tuesday evenings 6-7pm.
Come and join me for a four week course to show you how to move safely and effectively. Absolutely no experience necessary, and suitable for all fitness levels. Link in comments for more info and bookings 😊

I'm absolutely buzzing after teaching my 2 kickboxing classes this week.
Last night was an introductory session with 7 women full of enthusiasm. I loved it! It was great to meet you 😁
And tonight, the last week of a 4 week block where my regulars are making a huge amount of progress. I'm so proud of you all ❤️

Friday April 10th Introduction to Kickboxing 10-11am, spaces available.

All classes are currently for women only
No you're not too old
You don't need to be fit
They are suitable for teenage girls
