The anger that was boiling in Mia’s blood was nothing but anger until I showed her how to turn that emotion into discipline.
Meet Mia, working full-time, with a large circle of friends, that involved frequent meals out, and most of her nights busy.
Mia wanted to shed some kilos to improve her body shape and get stronger. So on our first call, we talked about what her week looked like and I started to plan around that, once I understood Mia’s lifestyle I was then able to precisely plan and program around this.
we changed training days and times, we checked hydration, sleep quality, recovery and a key aspect of the plan was what Mia was eating on her social occasions.
After making several changes, working a bit harder in the gym (less chatting and less screen time), modifying her gym program and altering what her meals looked like which involved reducing her carbs, cutting down the 4 to 5 beers to one, and skipping dessert most nights instead of every night, these were the essential steps it took to help Mia achieved from where she was to where she is now.
