One of the things I’ve learned about worthiness so far…

The sense of worthiness can disappear sooo quickly. Shame can diminish it sooo quickly.

This summer I’ve been spending time with other people, and I love that. This new exploration has made me curious about what I do to myself when I’m with others.

I’ve noticed that the parts of me I hide or put forward can change depending on who I’m with and what’s happening. And when I reflected on that, I noticed some shame around the parts I hide. Almost as if I wasn’t good enough to be fully me.

So I asked myself: What if I am worthy of being me? Not perfect. Just me. All of me. Even with this person.
And something shifted. I felt acceptance, Peace and Joy. And then I forgot again.

That’s the thing I’m learning. It’s something I can practise remembering.

And I’d love to invite you to come along with me on this adventure. Because what if you are worthy? I’ve created The Worthiness Journey.
A four-week journey of daily reflections, meditation, practical exercises and connection.

A little worthiness experiment for this week.

Notice how often you hear yourself say: “I’ll do it when…”
When I’ve finished this; When I’ve got more time; When I’ve achieved that thing; When I’ve got my life together.
(I’m talking here about the kind of ‘it’ you want for yourself. Not the kind of a request by someone else. These ‘its’ are yours.)

When you catch yourself, pause. Take a breath. And ask:
“What if I don’t have to earn this moment? What if I rest before everything is done? Or said no, without needing a good enough reason? Or LET myself be imperfect?

Don’t try to change anything this week. Just notice and see what happens.

Worthiness isn’t something to prove.
It’s something to remember.

What might you stop waiting to earn this week?

Many fears boil down to “not-good-enough” fears. This certainly applies to me.

And we all know this, maybe on different levels, but we still do. That’s good, that means we get to make choices about our perception of our reality.

Unit of curiosity I asked myself: what would it feel like, how would my life be if I experienced more worthiness?

I started looking into it, into my own life, implementing tiny moments and prompts to experience what the effects would be. This is usually practice for me, before designing a course. I love to learn more about myself, see how I can light myself up even more, be more Alive.

I need to have experienced it before I can invite you to come along with me on this journey. The effects of my time paying attention to worthiness has shown me that a journey with others would be fantastic.

So I want to invite you to come along with me on remembering our worthiness. From 2nd of September we are starting 4 weeks of worthiness. I am really looking forward to going on this adventure with you. Doing it together makes it so much more jou and fulfilling.

In the next couple of days I will post details. I have to run and do some DIY. So for now: think about it, do you also want to experience how you would be if there was more worthiness in your life?

Ciao ciao enjoy the shade…😂

The sun is shining, and the hammock was calling me. This morning I working on my new course on Worthiness.
But… and… I had to escape to the hammock for a little while. Not because I’m taking a break from my work, but because this is my work.

I’m creating my Month of Worthiness, and one thing I’ve promised myself from the start of my company, is that I won’t just write, read and create about it, I will to live it too.

Today, that means take time to hang in the hammock, listening to the world passing by and allowing myself to do just that. A reminder that I don’t have to earn this moment, I can just be in it.

Paying attention to this topic has changed the way I meet life. I’m kinder to myself when I make mistakes. I am starting to feel less guilty when I set a boundary. I enjoy moments like this a little more because I don’t feel I have to earn them first.

I’m not creating it because I have all the answers. I’m creating it because living these ideas has changed the way I experience my days, and I want to create a space where others can explore that too.

Worthiness isn’t something to prove.

It’s something to remember.

Let’s practice, shall we? Take a moment, no need to rush, no judgment needed about answers because it’s just showing you what is truth for you in that very moment. So we show kindness. There is no right or wrong answer, just our own truth.

Along the way notice how it feels, what comes up and let’s give ourselves a massive hug. We are doing good.

I would love to know… What messages about “being enough” do you think you picked up as you were growing up?

20/07/2026

I’d love to know…
What has your worth been tied to lately?

14/07/2026

When we want to develop a feeling or belief, we need to remind ourselves of exactly that. Daily moments, however big or small.

When we do, those tiny moments become big and a new default setting is being developed. That is how we transform. We all can do it, so if you do, what are you waiting for? Start this very moment! 😘
