Small comms

It’s so simple yet so powerful. The more you talk to your team mates the easier the game becomes. It doesn’t have to be loud shouting either, clear and calm conversational style communication is all it needs to be.

It doesn’t require any special talent either, anyone can do this and the gains are huge!

With everyone on the same page you can help each other succeed.

Do you agree? Let us know in the comments!

Move quickly in defence and get in position early.

The key is not to side shuffle.

1. Look up and identify where the attack is
2. Move quickly with hips facing forward
3. Square yourself back up once in position facing the opposition
4. Got hit someone!

Taken from our weekly TOP academy sessions.
