This is Winslade Park and the boutique gym where I will be doing bootcamps from this Sunday at 9am .
The bootcamps will initially be every Sunday.
The session is an hour long. It is a mixture of crossfit, strength and conditioning and designed for all levels.
If you're looking to take your training to the level or simply wanting to start your fitness journey then this will be perfect for you.

Morning Everyone.
We've all had a lovely summer of freedom and fun but now summer is over its time to get back to training.
I will be doing bootcamps for the rest of September but with the winter months approaching there is limited time to take advantage of outdoor group training.
I have posted the timetable which will be the same throughout September.
