Our weekend cycling for all sessions are returning at last 🙌

This Sunday the 13th September we are running our cycling for all session 11am- 12pm, we will then be running every Sunday from October 🎃

Summer cycling smiles at Myriad! ☀️🚲

There is nothing quite like the feeling of the warm summer breeze as you ride! 🌤️

Our clients have been absolutely loving their adaptive cycling sessions this summer, making the most of the sunshine and staying active together.

We want to send a huge, heartfelt thank you to PAL Fitness & Education CIC for running these incredible sessions for us!

You truly make movement accessible, empowering and above all, incredibly fun! Watching our clients build confidence, try out different adapted bikes and beam with pride on every lap is what summer is all about 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Yesterday was our last session with Bikeability this summer. We have succeeded in teaching lots of our SEND children and siblings as young as 3 to ride this summer and lots of you came along yesterday to enjoy the track with us and show off your skills!

A particularly emotional moment when one of our most severely intellectually disabled children, climbed onto a bike himself and began riding independently! An amazing achievement 🤩

We are back next Wednesday for another cycle for all session and we will be teaming up again with Bikeability in the future!
